Email & Form Contact
When you contact us by clicking the email link on this site, your email client opens a new message addressed to us. When you submit the architecture audit form, your data is routed to us via Formspree (see "Form Submissions" below). In both cases we receive:
- Your email address
- Any information you choose to include in the message or form
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or use it for marketing purposes. We retain correspondence for as long as it is necessary for the business relationship.
Form Submissions (Formspree)
When you submit the architecture audit request form on this site, your data (email address, product link, and selected challenge) is processed by Formspree, Inc. (548 Market St, Suite 45859, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). Formspree receives your IP address and submitted form data as part of form processing and delivery. If you are located in the EEA, Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf; to exercise your rights over that data, contact us at hello@bulkheadlogic.com.
