Who We Are

This website, bulkheadlogic.ai, is run by Bulkhead Logic spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Domaniewska 17/19 lok. 133, 02-672 Warszawa, Poland (National Court Register, KRS: 0001255553; tax ID, NIP: 5214173597), an IT engineering and consulting company. What These Terms Cover

These terms apply to your use of this website: reading its pages, and contacting us through its email links or the architecture review form. The website is free to use and needs no account. Our engineering and consulting work is always agreed in a separate written contract; these terms do not cover that work, and where the two differ, the contract applies. The same holds for our products: when we offer one to an organisation, it will be provided only under a separate written agreement.

Information, Not an Offer

The pages describe our services, how we work, and products we are developing. They are general information, not professional advice for your system, and not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. Timeframes, prices and targets on the website are indicative and come with the conditions stated next to them; what binds us is only what we agree in a contract. Sending the form, or booking a free architecture review, commits neither you nor us to anything further.

The Bulkhead Forge pages (Actions, Discovery and Agent Delivery) describe products we are developing. They are not sold or subscribed to through this website, and requesting early access gives no right to use them; any access would be under separate terms.

Our Internal Systems

We also build software for our own use. Bulkhead Forge is the platform we build; today it is used only for our own company, by our staff and the contractors we authorise, and it is not offered to clients or the public. Bulkhead Forge FinOps, part of it, is the financial management application we use to run our own company's finances. Where it connects to our banks through Open Banking, it does so only for our own bank accounts, with our authorisation as the account holder. We do not provide banking, payment or account information services to anyone. Our systems can ask AI models for help, reached through the AI routing platform OpenRouter, for example to suggest details FinOps could not read from an invoice, which a person then checks. How this involves personal data is described in our Privacy Policy (see Bulkhead Forge and AI Processing).

Using the Website

To use the website you need a device with a current web browser and an internet connection. Sending the form also needs JavaScript enabled and the human check that loads once you tick the form's privacy box; the email links need an email program.

You may read, link to and share the pages. Please do not:

• send unlawful content through the form or by email;
• use the form or the email links for spam or automated messages, or try to get round the form's human check;
• try to disrupt the website, overload it, or reach parts of it that are not meant for visitors.

The agreement to use the website on these terms is made when you open one of its pages, and to use the form, when you send it; you may end it at any time, simply by leaving the website. As with any use of the internet, sending information carries general risks, such as malicious software or messages that impersonate others; keeping your browser and device up to date reduces them.

Intellectual Property

The website's content — its text, design, logo and images — belongs to Bulkhead Logic or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright. Apart from viewing it, linking to it and quoting it within the limits the law allows, do not copy, publish or adapt it without our written permission. The names Bulkhead Logic and Bulkhead Forge, and our logo, identify us; do not use them in a way that suggests a connection with us that does not exist.

Links to Other Websites

The website links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, GitHub and our service providers' policies. We do not control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Availability and Liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, up to date or uninterrupted, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the website's general information alone. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including for damage caused intentionally, or any right you have as a consumer.

Personal Data

How we process personal data — including what you send us through the form or by email, and in Bulkhead Forge and its AI processing — is described in our Privacy Policy.

Complaints and Questions

If something on the website does not work as described, or you have a complaint about it, write to contact@bulkheadlogic.com or to our postal address, and describe the problem. We will reply to the address you wrote from.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms as the website changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision; the version published when you use the website applies.
